2D Platformer

This is my complete 2d Platformer. This is  the complete game.  The following modifications were made.

modifications:

1. New pickup which sacrifices health for extra lives.

2. Modified level 2, and made an extremely large and interactive third level

3. Made a "boss" enemy with extra health that drops a needed key when defeated

4. Added instructions
